Many of our customers consider their Urban Forge pieces investments. As a commitment to you, all of our forged items are guaranteed forever. Our pieces become family heirlooms in homes all across the country, and we take that honor seriously. If there’s ever a problem with any of our forged pieces, let us know, and we’ll make it right.
In most cases you may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund less a 20% restocking charge. We accept returns on standard catalog items in as-new condition that are in the original packaging. You will be responsible for shipping the item back to Urban Forge. Once the item arrives at our warehouse, it will be inspected by our team. Provided it is in as-new condition, we will issue a refund less a 20% restocking fee and outbound shipping fees. We can't accept returns on items that are custom made or custom finished. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) we will happily pay the return shipping costs. Call Customer Care (800-380-4766) for details and a returned goods authorization (RGA).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of shipping your package to an Urban Forge designated return shipper. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your credit card provider to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If, upon receiving your shipment, any damage has been noted, please communicate the same to Urban Forge within 48 hours. This will help us resolve any problems with your shipment in a timely manner. Retain packaging if possible.
